Get a hostage and set him near the edge of the red box.
Now climb the ladder, drop onto the hostage's head then use the hostage jump to get up there. For those who don't know how to do the hostage jump it's simple. Get on a hostage's head, and right away press your "use" button, then press your "jump" button. You gotta press the jump button repeatidly.
Here are some views when ontop of the light. Notice when looking towards the vents, the enemy can't see you. Same goes for the front. Brought to you by Sgt. Mudd
Put a hostage to the left of the blue box at the edge.
Then jump on his head, press your "use" button, then the "jump" button and keep on pressing the jump button until you make it to the top!
